1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship pan India.

If you are outside our delivery area, please contact us at contact@earthstoryfarms.com to check for availability.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after placement.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
• We do not process or ship orders on Sundays and public holidays.

3. Delivery Timeframes

• Local Deliveries: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days.
• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
• Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): If available, faster delivery options can be selected at checkout.
  
  Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high order volumes.

4. Shipping Fees

Orders above 449 INR qualify for free shipping.

A standard delivery fee of 75 INR applies for orders below the free shipping threshold.
Additional charges may apply for remote or hard-to-reach locations.

5. Delivery Process

• Fresh Produce & Perishable Items: To maintain freshness, deliveries are scheduled within a set timeframe. You will receive a notification when your order is out for delivery.
• Missed Deliveries: If you are not available at the time of delivery, please contact us to reschedule within next 24 hours. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery.
• Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Earth Story Farms is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS (+91-6289519925) with tracking details (if applicable).

7. Damaged or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and order details for a resolution. If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an estimated delivery date.
