At Earth Story Farms, we take pride in providing high-quality, fresh, and organic products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The product is expired upon delivery.
You received an item different from what you ordered.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@earthstoryfarms.com or call +91-6289519925 (whatsapp/call) within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable) for a swift resolution.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:
Fresh produce (Moa, Liquid Jaggery, Palm Pulp), unless damaged upon arrival.
Perishable food items
Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
3. Refunds
Once your return request is approved, you may choose one of the following resolutions:
Replacement: A fresh product will be sent at no additional cost.
Store Credit: The value of your purchase will be credited to your account for future use.
Refund: If eligible, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Refunds are subject to review and approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
